Some hold postgraduate degrees from renowned Indian institutes/universities, while some are research scholars doing their MPhil/Ph.D. They are persistent about encouraging students to participate in competitive exams and keep competing with themselves, so as to inculcate in them a sense of academic professionalism. Their collective dream is to make students active learners with a growth mindset, so they may, on their own, transform dreams of success into reality.
A team of designers actively complement the content team by dissolving the black-and-white barriers of words, and opening up the perspective of the student with a colourful and visually smart approach.
Another important component is the IT team, who use their technological expertise to ensure that the content is published as per requirement, and can be accessed smoothly and efficiently by the students.

Mousumi has completed her M.Sc. in Mathematics from Jadavpur University and a B.Ed. (General Science with Maths) from Calcutta University.
Eshika completed her M.Sc. in Geography from the University of Calcutta. She recently submitted her M.Phil thesis at Dr C V Raman University.
After completing an MA in History from Jadavpur University, Ahitagni earned her B.Ed. (Education) from the prestigious St. Xavier's College.
After completing M.Sc. in Zoology, Arpita did her PH.D. She went on to pursue post-doctoral research in plant science and molecular biology.
Nitish earned his B.Tech from NIT, Silchar in Mechanical Engineering. He has a good command of computers and networking.
Pooja completed her M.Sc. in Physics from CSJM University, Kanpur.
Sohini completed her M.A. in History from Jadavpur University. She is currently pursuing her M.Phil.
Subhosmita completed her M.Sc. in Geography from the University of Calcutta.
Saswata is doing his M.Tech at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. He is working on "Energy Efficient Scheduling in Cloud Computing" as his final-year project.
Smrithilekha completed an M.Sc. in Geography and went on to do a B.Ed.
Suchismita did her M.Sc. in Zoology from Vidyasagar University.
Saptarshi has completed an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calcutta.
